Fresh cilantro, vinegar washed and freeze dried then ground into powder form.  This product is extremely concentrated and has no fillers.  
 
One ounce of my cilantro powder is 9 full bunches of fresh cilantro.  Freeze drying makes this product shelf stable for up to 25 years while maintaining the flavor and potency of freshly picked cilantro.
